From the heart of France's vibrant music scene, Brx$h4money (also known as Samy The Producer) shared insights into his production journey, inspirations, and what lies ahead in his evolving career.

In his production process, Samy shared "I always start my projects with melodies as they guide me in determining the direction for my rhythms. Once I've completed my project, I listen to it on loop, which helps inspire more ideas."

Reflecting on his production style, Samy highlighted "discovering Blxst in 2021 was a significant influence on my music. I immediately connected with this West Coast style mixed with a rather R&B guitar. Then when I met Jordan Lafaver, I started experimenting with music that had a Spanish sound." "Ultimately, I have never confined myself to specific influences," Samy asserted, embracing a diverse range of musical expressions from funk to R&B.

When working on collaborations, Samy emphasised "my goal is to bring the artists into my universe while preserving their musical identity." He shared that he often crafts two or three instrumentals, pouring dozens of hours of work into each track, before he is satisfied.

One of his most memorable experiences is "Respirar," a Latin R&B project with Jordan Lafaver and Grace Angelique. "When I found out it was going to be played on several radio stations, I knew as a small producer I had accomplished something enormous. It's currently the project I'm most proud of," he shares.

Looking ahead, Samy teased a landscape brimming with musical endeavours. While the start of 2024 may seem calm, he's gearing up for upcoming projects, promising exciting collaborations as well as solo projects.

"As a singer, I already have singles ready, and I am also preparing my second album. The first one was rather experimental, so it includes a lot of mixed styles, particularly funk and R&B. I would like to maintain varied styles on this second project and try new things." he anticipates.

Samy's journey, as both a skilled producer and singer, truly reflects the ongoing evolution within the music industry. Keep an eye on his updates to catch his latest songs!
